All returns and exchanges require prior authorization and a valid Return Authorization Number.

Return authorizations must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery of your order.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

With exception to shipping damages or errors, There are some products we sell that are non-returnable. These would be any product that is used on the body including: lotions, soaps, (bar & liquid), oils, creams, butters, rubs, scrubs, shampoos, and conditioners. We cannot resell them once they leave the shop so these items are final sale.

Returnable Merchandise

You may return new unopened merchandise not listed above, for any reason up to 15 days from the delivery date. The merchandise must be complete and include all original documentation and packaging. Outbound and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

To request a return authorization, email
orders@sacredaroma.com with your order number, the product ID, and reason for return. Once a return request is received and processed, you will receive an email with your return authorization number, instructions for return, and the amount you will be credited for your return in writing. When your return is received at our shop, we will inspect the item and credit you as indicated in the return authorization email. We will email you a receipt for the credit. We recommend you insure your return shipments.

Used Merchandise

Used merchandise will not be authorized for return.

Unauthorized Returns

No credit will be given for packages received without a valid Return Authorization Number.

Incorrect or Defective Merchandise

If we ship the wrong item or you receive an item that is defective, we will arrange for a pre-paid return label for the incorrect item. We will also ship the correct item or replacement item at no additional charge. We must receive the original item or proof of shipment of the original item within 10 days of delivery or we will charge your card for the cost of the replacement item.

Shipping Damage

If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will ship replacement merchandise via normal shipping methods. We may need your assistance in filing a claim with the shipping company that damaged the merchandise. If you can, take a photograph of the package and the damage as it arrived. We appreciate your cooperation.
